At the beginning, all of the team members have to work on the research together, to gather all the information, and find the possibility of the direction. Our group need to understand the theory behind, we all have to work on the research together, and finding a different perspective of the theory behind, which helped observe the different angle of the possibility to work on.

 

At the beginning, our team was struggling of how to share the message to the audience, with our initial idea was to show the theory of how many paper cup we wasted. But from the feedback that our group had to receive, our idea is not able to hook the audience interest, and it is not standing out. But there was not enough time for us to change our idea, so we have to find a different perspective to work on for this project. Our group had developed our idea, instead of on telling people about the consequence of using paper, but to encourage them to carry their own cup. So our goal is to target to encourage people to use their own cup by using three methods, which is using the poster, website, and video. At the very beginning, each person from the group chose one part to work on. My role is to work on the poster, I have to design a poster which is able to share the message that we aim for. At the beginning, I had decided few posters, which I thought it was able to relate to the project that we want. However, the poster I designed was not direct for my lecture to understand. Since our goal is to aim to encourage people to bring their own cup, and the poster that I had decided was more about the consequence that paper cup created. And of the opinion that I had received from my lecture, the poster is not interactive, it will not able to impress the audience to remember it. So I did the search from the internet, and observe how other people decided an interactive poster. I learnt the reason we make interactive poster is because interacting audience can impress them in a unique way, which can give an image that they are hard forget. (Khoja, 2015). . It was difficult to create an interactive poster by just looking at other people’s work, so I tried different experiment to make a poster interactive. However, there was a time limit for me to design a poster because of the short time that we have for the filming. So I rushed to make a poster which can interact with the audience. From the feedback I had received from the lecture, the poster I had decided is on track, even though the one I did is not impressive, so for the next step, I will need to design a final poster which the match the requirement that my team wanted.

 

However, the outcome that we had are not well enough to combine together, it looks like three different projects, and sharing three different kinds of an idea to the audience. And one of the problems that we had is our style of working are not creative enough to hook the audience interest, it was similar preaching the message about the consequence of using a paper cup. But as the team working on the same project, we have to make our project relate to each, so our team had decided to think of a way to make our work support each other to share the same message and try to make our project interact with the audience. Since we have three parts in our project, it is hard to make all of them are interactive. Our team had decided video will present the project, we developed our poster become interactive, made it relate to the Website However, I’m not creative enough to design a poster to match my team requirement, so I passed to my other member to work further. Nevertheless, I changed to work on the video, since I had more knowledge of editing video, my team also agreed I work better in the area. Our last outcome is the video, we decided the script together, but it was not easy. We had to rewrite our script many times and made a video by following the script. However, we got the message that we wanted to share, but the result of the video are not we had expected, it was not clear to share the message of bringing your cup.  We got help from other which other from the team to help, by adjusting the replacement of the video, we are able to share the message across through the adjustment. Finally, we had our website, poster, and video to present at the end, through the mistake that we had during the process, we had made the final step to combine all our work as one which it is interactive while sharing the message at the same time.

 

 Eventually, we had shown the interaction between the audiences with the poster through our video. By the different part we had to support the video, which able to share the message that our team was aiming to. At the end, it was successful to make all our work combine as one. It was not able to clearly to get our message across through the different part of our working, but by communicating with each other, we had developed our work as one piece.
